Off course , Divide the NV-ADD or ADD in half

e.g ADD =+2.50 / 2= +1.25 Now +1.25 is your new NV-ADD

Leave one half as reading additional and add the other half of NV-ADD in SPH Value

e.g SPH = -1.00 and NV -ADD =+2.50. Now, Near NV -ADD= -1.00 +1.25 = +0.25

Now you have got your computer glasses Rx as SPH  =+0.25 and ADD= +1.25.
